The game is unplayable, because I can't walk forward without going in and out of the swimming and jumping animation. I use mods, but I've never ran into any problems before. I teleport to the Stormcloak camp near whiterun, and I see carts flying into the sky, the water turns from normal to black continuously, when I try to draw my weapon, it keeps sheathing and unsheathing and my character does a swimming animation. After you give the axe back to Ulfric, he gives you orders to head to the front lines.
